Mary is a native of Picayune and is currently serving as the President of the Pearl River County Board of Realtors for 2024. She received her Salesperson license in Mississippi in 1999 and the Brokers Real Estate license in Mississippi in 2012.
She was married for over 42 years to James Fleming, who was in Real Estate in Pearl River County for over 50 years. He helped develop over 20 subdivisions during his lifetime. He was the first recipient in Pearl River County to receive the National Association of Realtors Emeritus Award, in recognition of over 40 years continuous outstanding service to the Real Estate Profession.
Mary had an extensive and successful career in the airline and travel industry beginning in 1977 until 1995. She has worked as a ticket agent in the New Orleans airport for a major airline, then she moved to Gulfport and worked at Hancock Bank in the travel industry where she received extensive training and was a member of the International Air Transport Association and approved by all state and local organizations and regulatory institutions when she opened the first travel agency in Picayune in 1980. Later she sold her company and was hired by SATO to handle all Navy travel at Stennis and area locations.
She retired in 1995 to prepare for one of the biggest trips of her life as she and James adopted a daughter from China. Later in 1999 Mary obtained her Sales License in Mississippi and in 2012 her Broker’s License.
Always learning, Mary enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and backgrounds, building skills with technology, advertising, industry skills and always eager for more education. She enjoys church, friends, music and her dog, Lady.
In 2017, her husband retired and she stepped up as Principal Broker. Mary has brought her life experiences and skills to the company while staying grounded to the basic principles her husband taught her; service, honesty, dedication and gratitude for the opportunity to serve others while earning a living.
In 2022, her husband passed and she relocated the business to it’s current location in the historic part of town. Conveniently located in the heart of growth, she finds herself only blocks from where she grew up.
Mary understands that the best way to get better and grow, is to surround yourself with other like-minded people who are dedicated to this profession. She has a fantastic team of agents and office staff who bring many years of skills as well.

She is active in the community. Pearl River Central Touchdown Club member from 2010-2016 and on the board from 2013-2016. She is a member of Picayune Main Street.
Kristy co owned four convenient stores located in Picayune, Long Beach, and Bogalousa for over 18 years and sold them. She also built and sold homes from 1995-2006 which helps her to have a lot of experience in the real estate industry.
Her experience and knowledge helps to better serve her clients' needs whether it's for buying & selling real estate, investment properties, or commercial properties. Kristy has attended home staging classes and can help you with staging your home to sell.

Martha is originally from Honduras and fluent in Spanish. She grew up in Kenner, LA. and has been a resident of Pearl River County since 2002 along with her husband Marvin where they finished raising their three children. Martha has a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of New Orleans. After a long career in education, she became a real estate agent in 2014.

John graduated from LSU with a business degree and played clarinet in the LSU Tiger Band. John is a deacon at Picayune First Baptist church and teaches Sunday School. He also plays clarinet in the Pearl River County Community Band of which he also serves as treasurer. John is also a Gideon and serves as the treasurer of the local camp as well.
John will work hard to meet the needs of his clients and is a member of the Pearl River County MLS.
Tonya Cialona hales from Napa Valley, California but moved to Pearl River County in 2001. She began her career here in the mortgage origination business, then obtained her Real Estate license in Mississippi in 2006. She quickly rose to a multi-million dollar producer and in 2009 was the Top Producer for Pearl River County in Residential Sales. Currently she serves a three year term on the Pearl River Board of Realtors, Board of Directors, and holds the position of Treasurer. She serves on the Finance and MLS committees of this organization. She is a licensed Notary in Mississippi as well.
She is passionate about health and fitness and also owns Bodies By Tonya. She has 2 grown daughters and 5 grandchildren who she loves to spend time with along with traveling, working out, reading and serving her community.
